  • 2 cups of boiling water
  • ½ a grapefruit
  • 2 teaspoons of dried rosemary
  • ½ a sliced grapefruit

 

Instructions:

Leave the rosemary to steep in the water that is boiling for 5 minutes preferably in an infuser. Then, remove the infuser. Add the half of the grapefruit juice and the half of grapefruit. Everything should be stirred well.

 

Ginger Lemon Water

Vitamin C combined with ginger is amazing for an increase in your metabolism.

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 sliced lemon
  • warm water
  • 1 tablespoon of grated ginger

 

Instructions:

Combine the lemons and the ginger with the water. Stir them well and drink!

 

Peppermint Green Tea

Ingredients:

  • some fresh mint leaves
  • lemon slices
  • 7 cups of green tea
  • jar

  • ½ a sliced cucumber
  • 1 sliced ginger
  • some boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Instructions:

Put the ginger in boiling water and leave it steep for 5 minutes. Remove it from the water and add the honey with the cucumbers. Enjoy!

 

Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • ½ liter of milk
  • ¼ a cup of flax seeds
  • ½ a cup of oatmeal
  • 1 cup of strawberries
  • 1 cup of yogurt

 

Instructions:

All the ingredients should be added in a blender. Mix everything well. Take it on an empty stomach every morning. You have to remember that strawberry smoothies won’t give you immediate results.

You need to be persistent and take them for several weeks.

 

Green Apple Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • grapefruit juice (from 1 grapefruit)
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
  • 1 cup of water

Instructions:

Cut the apple in several pieces and then, put them in a blender with the lemon juice and the grapefruit. Blend them well. Add the honey in the end and drink!

 

Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 2 pineapple slices
  • 1 cup of raspberries
  • 2 freshly squeezed grapefruits
  • ½ a glass of water

 

Instructions:
